Choose from a variety of pillow covers – 50/50 cotton and polyester, organic cotton, warm & cozy soft fleece, or our new DermaTherapy offering for those with sensitive skin who may suffer from eczema.

We now offer DermaTherapy pillow cases for the Comfort-U Deluxe. As the only therapeutic bedding on the market, DermaTherapy is cooler, drier, cleaner and smoother than standard cotton bedding. This cover effectively keeps menopausal or pregnant women cool and is a great option for those with sensitive skin who may suffer from eczema.
