Refund policy

At Moonlight, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship. Your satisfaction is our top priority! If, for any reason, you don’t love our products as much as we do, we will happily assist you with a stress-free return that won’t keep you up at night.

All returns must occur within 30 days of purchase, and the item must be in its original condition – not used or damaged. Please return the item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase such as the packing slip. Items returned with the above information will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Shipping fees will be deducted from original payment if we provide a prepaid label or you may choose to ship back using your own method of shipping.

If you purchased your product at an authorized Moonlight retailer, the store’s return policy will apply. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
