Due to the sanitary nature of mattresses, pillows and bedding products, items that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return. Returns are accepted only when they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return Policy below.

All returns must occur within 30 days of purchase, and the item must be in its original condition – not used or damaged. Please return the item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase such as the packing slip. Items returned with the above information will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Shipping fees will be deducted from original payment if we provide a prepaid label or you may choose to ship back using your own method of shipping.
