Returning a Moonlight Product
At Moonlight, we stand behind our commitment to exquisite craftsmanship. However, if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, rest assured, we're here to assist you.
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please make sure to return the item in its original condition and include proof of purchase, such as the packing slip. Items returned in their original condition with proof of purchase will be refunded using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected to ensure it's in its original condition.
