The zip-off removeable mattress cover is water resistant with a Celsius cooling fabric made from Tencel and Glacier cooling yarns on one side and an organic cotton on opposite side.  This cover is hypoallergenic and can be machine washed & dried.  UL GreenGuard Gold certified, MADE IN THE USA.
